A little motivation for your Monday morning

This has always intrigued me…

We have a little dashboard on our merchant account that lets me see how many people are buying our products every single day.

And when it comes to our Flat Belly After 50 program, sales always go way up on Monday’s.

Which makes sense…

After a weekend of eating too much food, or drinking too much… many people feel like they need to “get back on track” with their healthy eating so they pick up my program.

But I don’t think that’s the only reason that people start diets on Mondays.

To me, Monday signifies a fresh start.

It’s kind of like a mini-New Years for me.

For example, last week I had a few unexpected things come up with my mother that made my week incredibly stressful.

I was running all over town, getting her to appointments, and I wasn’t really able to get in a good “flow” when it came to what I wanted to accomplish.

So this morning, I’m making it a priority to put all of that behind me.

It’s a new week and that means a fresh start.

I have a plan of what I want to get done this week work-wise, and a plan of how many times I want to workout, and what I want to do in regards to eating for the week.

And I’m going to stick to it.

So what’s my point with all this?

No matter how bad your last week was, how stressful it was, or unproductive it was, today is the start of a new week.

Any mistakes or guilt you’re harboring from last week, just let that stay in the past.

Today is a new day.
