Have you heard about this new trend called the “Dad Bod” that’s popular with college guys?
My daughter loves to keep me “hip” so she sends me articles about this stuff from time to time.
A “Dad bod” is basically a guy in his 20’s, who has a body that looks like your average Dad.
Characteristics of the “Dad bod” include a slightly muscular upper body (a sign that he works out), but with a decent sized beergut hanging over your shorts.
And apparently a number of younger women say they like the Dad bod look on young guys.
I guess this is the stuff that kids are debating in college these days (God save us! haha).
One thing that stuck out to me when I was reading about Dad bods is that this has been a growing trend in America for about 20-30 years.
Because men’s testosterone levels have been on the decline since the late 80’s.
Some studies suggest that men’s T levels today are 21% lower today than they were in the 1980’s.
How can that be?
It’s a combination of things…
Bad diets, we’re less active, cellphones in our pockets, estrogen-like chemicals in our food & water.
It all adds up.
The problem is, it’s only going to get worse.
And if you’re suffering from low testosterone, then you know how frustrating it can be.
You feel worn out and your sex drive is non-existant…
It’s the pits.
So what can you do?
I always recommend the basics…
Get back to eating real foods (no processed junk). Processed junk slows you down and makes you feel weak.
It affects your hormones as well, specifically your testosterone.
Along wiht eating there’s a few other things you can do…
Be more active. Lift heavy things.
Get better quality sleep (very important)
All of these things matter…
And for most of my personal clients, I always make sure they’re taking Ultimate Male each morning as well.
When you have low testosterone, you need something to “jumpstart” the process.
And that’s what Ultimate Male does…
It gives you back the energy & vigor you had in your 20’s.
It helps you get “in the mood” so that when your wife comes calling, you’re not hesitant about showing her a good time.
It’s one of the reasons I personally take Ultimate Male every morning (my own father takes it as well).
Maybe you like having a Dad bod…
If so, who am I to argue with you? If that’s the case, then embrace your Dad bod and love it.

P.S. – A lot of guys email me and ask me if I really take Ultimate Male every day. Yes, I do.
I’ve been quite open about the fact that I struggled with Low T and E.D. for a number of years before getting healthy again.
Giving out all the details of my issues with Low T is not the easiest thing for me to talk about, because quite frankly it can be embarrassing.
But I know there’s a whole lot of guys out there who are in the same spot that I was in just a couple years ago.
And if I can help them out, then I’m glad to share my story (even if it is embarrassing for me)
I still use Ultimate Male to this day, because frankly I just feel a whole lot better each day when I take it.
Feel free to check it out here.
