Pain relief from baking soda?

It’s one of Nature’s cruelest jokes.

Your immune system is supposed to be your first line of defense. Your soldiers on patrol…

Then for whatever reason, it turns on you and begins attacking you… from the inside.

If you live with an autoimmune disease, you know what this is like. And if you’ve got a loved one who’s suffering, you know how helpless it makes you feel.

Autoimmune diseases can be debilitating. They steal your quality of life, and often it feels like there’s not much help out there for you at all.

Take rheumatoid arthritis. RA attacks your joints. The joints in your fingers are usually the first in its sights.

They start swelling. They feel hot. Stiff and painful too. Over time, they can even become deformed.

You can sometimes drive RA into remission using powerful drugs, but that won’t restore the mobility you’ve already lost.

There’s something I bet is already in your pantry… and it can bring some welcome relief to your RA symptoms.

Scientists have found that drinking baking soda mixed with water soothes the inflammation that makes RA so bad.

Drinking a baking soda solution every day can calm your body’s immune system. And if you have RA, that’s exactly what you need.

Baking soda helps in another way too.

Your spleen makes compounds called macrophages. Think of them as a clean-up crew. They travel around your blood stream and chew up things that aren’t supposed to be there.

Now, some of these macrophages cause inflammation and others reduce it.

Baking soda tells your body to make more of the inflammation-reducing kind. Less inflammation means less pain and swelling. Less swelling means less damage to your joints.

And that, my friend, is great news!

Plus, baking soda is safe. Way safer than any prescription.

Try mixing a half a teaspoon of baking soda with eight ounces of water. Sip it slowly.

Do this twice a day, and see if you don’t feel better in the next week or two.
