Lies, Lies, Lies

I don’t like being lied to.

I can bet you don’t either.

Sometimes, it’s easy for folks to keep on lying to us if they themselves don’t know the truth.

Or keep singing the same song, even when they do know what they’re saying can’t possibly help you.

Dr. Sebring and I have talked a lot about this when it comes to health.

Especially when it comes to a problem doctors aren’t sure how to fix.

It seems it’s easier to confidently spew nonsense than it is to admit you don’t have an answer.

Maybe that’s partially the fault of patients.

Nobody likes to hear from the doctor “I’m not sure how to help you.”

Or, “I don’t have an answer.”

And especially, “You’re on your own.”

When it comes to stomach problems in this country, this about sums it up.

But it’s better than the lies we’re typically told when we complain about gas, bloating, acid, indigestion, constipation or a “sour stomach.”

Dr. Sebring spelled out for me the 4 biggest lies when it comes to fixing what’s ailing our stomachs.

And the biggest one is this: Too much acid causes heartburn.

Now, we’ve been fed this lie for so long, it seems like common knowledge.

But let me ask you this… how many teenagers do you see complaining about heartburn?

If acid was the problem we’ve been led to believe, then teens would be suffering the most.

After all, teens have 3 times more acid in their stomach than you do right now.

The fact is, acid levels drop like a stone the older we get.

And all the antacids we’re popping like candy aren’t just misguided.

They’re dangerous.

They suck the strength right out of your bones.

God forbid, you’re a daily antacid chewer and you take a tumble…

Antacids make it far more difficult for you to absorb vital nutrients.

And as I’ve told you before, we’re dangerously deficient of minerals like magnesium in the first place!

But the “antacid lie” is only the start.

The other 3 big lies are as much of a problem. Because they don’t fix your digestive problem either.

And they can often make it worse.

Dr. Sebring put this report together to blow up these 4 big digestive lies.

And finally get to fixing your digestive problems, once and for all.

If you’re dealing with indigestion, acid issues, bloating or other digestive woes, I encourage you to read up.

You can read it right here.

P.S. Reader Cindy from Houston tells me “My acid problem at night has improved.”

What does Cindy know that most doctors don’t? This.
