NEVER eat this type of cooking oil (it’s a heart health killer)

I mentioned yesterday, that I’ve been having some trouble with getting the newsletter delivered each morning.

Today’s email is an oldie but a goodie.  And it’s a topic that’s incredibly important when it comes to your heart health…

Let’s jump in…

That National Institutes of Health released some very interesting findings a few weeks ago that echo much of what I’ve been saying for 5+ years…

They went over a large amount of data comparing vegetable oil to common saturated fats like butter and lard…

What they found was that while the vegetable oil actually lowered cholesterol on average about 13 points, it didn’t actually help those people to live any longer.

In fact, it did the exact opposite!

The researchers determined that “for every 30 mg/dL drop in cholesterol people’s risk of death rose 22 percent.

This study shows us 2 things that I’ve long believed (and I’ve been criticized for by mainstream medical people).

1.  The most common cooking oils (canola, vegetable oil, soybean oil etc…) are junk and actually worse for your heart than things like lard or butter. 

Your better off eating REAL saturated fats just like Mom and Grandma used to cook with.

2.  High cholesterol is not necessarily a bad thing on it’s own.  In fact, I’d be a whole lot more worried if my cholesterol wasreally low.  That cholesterol is needed for all type of brain, heart and hormone functions in your body.

So what’s my point with all of this?

Same as always.

Our grandparents had it right.  You’re better off cooking with lard or butter than you are using vegetable oil or canola oil.

I’m glad the tides are slowly starting to turn on this.

Because for too long, we were brainwashed into believing that saturated fat was the devil.

Turns out, our body actually needs some saturated fat.

And if you really deprive yourself of it, it could cut your life short.

So eat your lard, your eggs and your coconut oil.

Your body will thank you for it.
